APPLE COLESLAW.

Today was one of those days that I didn't want to go to the store so I whipped up something from whatever was in my fridge. It ended up turning out so good that I thought I better share it with you guys.

APPLE COLESLAW
Makes 2 servings

1/2 red cabbage, shredded
1/2 cucumber, peeled and diced
1/2 Granny Smith apple, with peel and diced
1 carrot, diced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. honey
1/4 cup red vinegar
1/2 tsp. sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
Dash of salt & pepper
